Return conditions
- You can return your order within the trial period of 15 days. The trial period starts on the day you received the order.
- All products are still in the original packaging / sealing and are unworn, undamaged, clean, and unused.
- It is only possible to return products for a refund. Need a different size? Return your purchase and order the right size in the webshop.
- When returning your order between day 15 and 30, we can offer you the amount in form of a voucher.

The costs for the return are for your own account. This depends on the weight and size of your return shipment.

How do I know if you have received my return?
Orders placed with account
In your account you can view the status of your return shipments. As soon as the status changes, you will automatically receive a message.
Order placed without account
As soon as the return shipment is handled you will automatically be informed of the status of your return shipment by e-mail.
How fast will I be refunded after returning?
We will refund you immediately after your return shipment has been approved. We have processed most of the returns within 10 working days after receipt. How fast the money will be on your bank account depends on your payment method:
- iDEAL: within 3 working days
- Credit card: within 10 working days
- Paypal: within 6-10 business days
